VC-729 is a tester to test the clamping voltage of TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor). It is designed to easily link to machine handler. The electric characteristic test items include VF and VC. The test result can be classified to 7 bins (Bin 1 to 5, NOGO and CONTACT). Test condition data settings are entered from front panel keyboard. The display is a 16 line x 40 char LCD display. There are 4 display pages. Page 1 is for test condition setting & test results display. Page 2 is for classifying condition. Page 3 is for interface setting with machine handler. Page 4 is the description for waveform selection and DIP switch setting.
